They’re just disregarding federal laws they don’t like and are putting the burden and money on others to sue.
Oregon and other woke states’ tactic is to refuse to follow federal law on sex-based rights (Title 9) until or if they are forced to. They’re just disregarding federal laws they don’t like and are putting the burden and money on others to sue. https://t.co/HU5FYb1zY8

This is a systemic failure and an accountability problem.
We’re learning more about the 16-year-old who opened fire at a school in Bend, Oregon earlier this month, killing three children and a teacher before an armed Good Samaritan intervened and stopped the attack.
Now, as more of the shooter’s history comes to light, one of the newest details is absolutely staggering:
Between March 2020 and October 2026, 911 dispatch received 52 calls for service associated with his family’s home.
52 calls in just over six years.
According to Deschutes County 911 dispatch records obtained by local news, those calls included a runaway juvenile, suicidal subject, domestic dispute, welfare checks, among others. The records don’t establish that the shooter himself was involved in every one of those calls.
But 52 calls associated with one household is an extraordinary amount of contact with the system.
Local news also found that his mother had 37 documented encounters with Bend Police dating back to 2013.
And that adds to what we already knew about the years leading up to the shooting.
As a child, the shooter had been placed in a specialized program for students with significant behavioral and social challenges. Investigators are also looking into his possible connections to violent online extremist groups.
Then, just two months before the shooting, his mother bought a shotgun and gave it to him for his 16th birthday. That was the gun he ultimately used in the attack.
At some point, we have to ask where the accountability lands.
Because after something horrific like this happens, the conversation almost immediately turns to another gun law. Another restriction. Another tool the government supposedly needs to prevent the next one.
But what about the tools and systems already in place?
How do you get to 52 calls to one home in six years and still end up here? No gun law fixes that. Especially in Oregon, where they have so many gun laws that even the armed Good Samaritan who stopped the shooter had to break the law to end the attack.
This is a systemic failure and an accountability problem.
We see these failures again and again, but rarely any accountability for how they happened or what needs to change to prevent the next one.
Before we start talking about what new laws millions of gun owners need to follow, I want to know where the existing system failed.— Rally For Our Rights (@RallyRights) October 27, 2026Posted ·

No redemption for you, Ted
#Portland, Ore. mayor Ted Wheeler has come out against the county distributing tin foil and straws to fentanyl abusers. During the 2020 BLM-Antifa riots that prioritized "social justice," Oregon voters passed a measure to decriminalize hard drug possession. https://t.co/0SWkoiejdB

Kotek was voted the most unpopular governor in America. How does a governor that unpopular win?
🚨 Oregon. They called it for Kotek at 8:08 PM with only HALF the vote counted.
At 64% counted, her lead is down from 22 points to 7, and the latest ballots went 53% to 44% for Drazan.
59% of Oregonians say we’re on the wrong track.

Never had these problems when the timber companies managed the land.
2 million acres of Oregon have burned because of state & federal land mismanagement combined with kissing ass to the environmentalists stopping fuel mitigation.

The Political Class In Oregon Feeds Off These Peoples Misery.
The streets of Portland today. Homeless barking at cars, lots of drug use, fires, Homeless selling stolen items, teenage runaways, people losing their limbs and overdoses. I saw no providers. They are probably still recovering from the No King’s protest. pic.twitter.com/hroZJ0e1vC
