Maybe they real Dell’s were caught doing very bad things involving election frauds with Dell computers & other crimes involving children.
When they were captured by WhiteHats & taken to GTMO, they were given an option. Death or Life in GTMO with the option of saving their reputation by having "actors" posing as them come to the WH to announce all the $$ for kids funds
Hint: these are actually restitution payments to take away their ill gotten wealth and have it benefit America’s kids
