Driving through a rural town this week. Stop at a local mom and pop convenience store. Sign outside advertising great lunch food is faded and weather worn. Obviously the place has been around for a long time.

Go inside and it’s nothing but foreigners speaking a different…
It makes a rural convenience store indistinguishable from a shitty gas station in Baltimore or Chicago or anywhere else. It reduces everything to the lowest common denominator. That’s what they mean when they talk about “diversity.”
