Now that #banks know they can swap Treasuries and MBS to the #Fed for cash at par they'll go into the market and buy more Treasuries and MBS at discounts to par and swap those too. The Fed's balance sheet will explode with low-yielding, long-term paper. #Inflation will soon soar.
