The Oregon US Attorney’s Office has won a court battle against four Oregon counties seeking the whereabouts of more than 40 violent illegal aliens released from custody without notifying ICE.
At least 14 of the illegal aliens convicted of child s—x abuse, manslaughter, and other serious offenses have now been arrested by ICE and HSI. Currently, there are over 300 illegal aliens in Oregon jails with active ICE detainers.
