I know what happens if a judge finds out the lawyers in front of him or her have been DELIBERATELY LYING AND MISLEADING them.

Sometimes, this is because THE CLIENT LIED TO THEIR OWN LAWYERS.

And the OTHER times, it ended up happening because the LAWYERS were IN ON the deception being foisted on the court.

Either way, intentionally or not, when it comes out that the lawyers ended up making false statements to the court, this VERY SEVERELY DAMAGES the case they are arguing to that court.

And it opens up BOTH the CLIENT and the LAWYERS to liabilities.

But I’ve had dumb fucks who don’t know how this actually works confidently telling me since this story broke absolutely nothing is gonna happen to Peltola or her legal team cuz ‘not illegal, dude!’
