If Musk is successful in making twitter expose itself for the fraud that it is before investors, shareholders, the SEC and users the world over – and – makes twitter pay a billion dollars for its own destruction in the process we will have entered the ‘Corporate Wars’ that dystopian science fiction novels are so fond of.

The opening salvos are BRUTAL.

Metaphorically speaking.

This is how you know when people – celebrities, politicians, sports figures, etc, etc.
Pretty much any one with influence – has gone awry.

Watch for the tells. Tell

It’s when one of these people who have been hammering us with messaging for a very long time – changes their tune. Just one statement totally contrary to everything they have said or stood for. Stunning 180 degree statements and then right back to the same old lines. For the most part. Easy to miss among all the noise.

Our Vice President sent to Guatemala to say ‘Do Not Come’. Repeated three times.

The Resident saying something to the effect of Capitalism has always been the best system.

Fauci – Pandemic is over, pandemic is not over.

Gates – like the flu.

Remember it only needs to be said once – it’s a message.

Watch for it moving forward, it is very revealing.

This is how the audience knows when people or institutions go ‘awry’.

This morning I woke to the news that facebook had restricted my account and censored one of my posts. I can’t broadcast live for 27 days. Bummer. I do that so often. But it is nice to know that Facebook cares. Why? They say I posted an ‘intimate’ image that goes against their community standards. I suppose so if you consider protecting the presidents son at all costs your community standards.

Note the date I posted the image verses the date they tagged it.

The media says that if either party declines to finish the deal there will be a 1 billion penalty. Pocket change for Musk. What company would put themselves in a position like this?

This tells those of us that watch such things volumes.

Twitter had nowhere to go.

Musk can grind away at the corrupt infrastructure, removing the bad elements until either he has a functioning company – or not. Delighting us in the interim and absolutely torturing the bad actors, all tweeted in real time for our enjoyment.

Should Musk decide the company is not salvageable he can walk away for a cool billion. Probably crash the stock, turn around buy the bankrupt company, restaff and build something useful.

This is extreme corporate hardball and everybody is watching. What went down with Twitter was ART. It was ENGINEERED and is a brutal message to the other corporate players…
