If you have followed me for a few years, you know that the National Park Service has routinely concealed reports, refused access and generally acted like the property and reports are theirs and not belonging to the public.
I had known about this incident at Shenandoah NP, but thought they be forthcoming with the facts, NOT!
The Park Service acts like a private entity and not part of our government. They exhibit behavior like they are protecting a National Security issue, and maybe they are.
